Oral health is extremely important and being mindful of how to care for your teeth is the first step.  Teeth brushing, flossing, and using fluoride are just a few of many steps in improving and maintaining dental health.

11 ways to keep your teeth healthy:

  1. Don’t go to bed without brushing your teeth

  2. Make sure to brush properly

  3. Brush your tongue, too!

  4. Don’t forget to floss

  5. If you have trouble flossing, don’t give up!

  6. Consider mouthwash

  7. Fluoride may benefit your dental health

  8. Drink lots of water!

  9. Fruits and veggies are key

  10. Reduce the consumption of sugary foods/drinks

  11. Make sure to visit your dentist/orthodontist!
